43 of the 50 states and DC publish a Medicaid exclusion or termination list of their own. The other 8 rely on the federal HHS OIG LEIE and SAM.gov. Every list below is searchable together with both federal lists, free and without an account, from the search page. Our latest read succeeded for 40 of the 43 state lists; the others are searched from the last copy we read.
